Influencer Marketing Manager
Ayni.Gold is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our performance-driven influencer engine across YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram.
We're building a regulated RWA platform that connects physical gold mining with Web3 infrastructure. Your job: find the right influencers, negotiate hard, secure the best pricing, manage content quality, and deliver measurable ROI. You'll be hands-on — sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, reviewing, optimizing. This is real performance marketing, not "coordination."
What you'll do
Influencer discovery
- Identify relevant creators in crypto, fintech, trading.
- Quickly assess potential ROI using audience metrics, CPM, historical performance, and relevance.
- Detect fake engagement: abnormal view dynamics, suspicious comments, inflated subscriber growth, geo inconsistencies.
- Build and maintain a structured, constantly updated influencer database.
Negotiation & deal-making
- Lead communication with influencers and their managers.
- Negotiate format, pricing, and deadlines — our internal benchmark is reducing initial crypto-influencer rates by several multiples.
- Document agreements clearly and minimize risks on every deal.
Content management & quality control
- Adapt briefs for each influencer's style and audience.
- Review drafts for logic, factual accuracy, tone, and product alignment.
- Review final materials before publication, provide corrections, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track publication and first-wave performance metrics.
Performance analysis
- Evaluate effectiveness of each placement: ROI, CPA, retention, traffic quality, registrations, conversions.
- Optimize spend based on performance insights.
- Prepare regular reports for the influencer acquisition channel.
What you'll bring
- Experience working with influencers in crypto or fintech is a strong plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including hard bargaining when needed.
- Ability to write clear, structured briefs for creators.
- Understanding of YouTube metrics, Telegram dynamics, and crypto audience specifics.
- Basic analytics skills and the ability to distinguish real audiences from manipulated metrics.
- High operational speed and the ability to manage dozens of conversations simultaneously.
- Ownership mindset and a strong focus on ROI.
