Engineering Lead / Full-Stack Architect

We’re building a regulated RWA (Real-World Asset) platform that ties physical gold to crypto and Web3 infrastructure. Your job: design and evolve the architecture, keep systems robust, lead development, and coordinate with both internal and external teams.

You’ll be hands-on — building, reviewing, deploying, and improving. This is a serious engineering challenge, not a buzzword factory.

Stack & Architecture

• Node.js + TypeScript
• Next.js + React
• PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• AWS, Docker, CI/CD
• Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Scalable, modular backend for fintech and Web3 integrations

What you’ll bring

• Deep backend and architecture experience.
• Solid DevOps / infrastructure mindset. Deployment, monitoring, automation.
• Ability to lead engineers and manage outsourced teams.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or PaaS systems.
• Web3 / blockchain experience is a strong plus.
